Heydays
My second short film since graduating from Stockholm University of the Arts, Heydays depicts a homeless man’s pursuit of food, which ultimately drives him to scavenge in public bins. Homelessness has always perplexed me, and I believe it exemplifies the fragility of human life. This film was made possible thanks to the invaluable contributions of the entire team, with particular credit to the Stockholm-based Italian cinematographer Federico Tonozzi who helped me achieve a visual style that strengthens the film’s theme.
