A visual storyteller, I painted from an early age before turning to filmmaking and studying film directing at Stockholm University of the Arts (2020–2022). Painting was my way of observing and responding to the world around me. A practice I shared with my father.

As I grew older, I was introduced to cinema through my family. We would gather several times a week to watch films together, and it was during this time that my interest in the medium began to take shape. Cinema, to me, brings together visual art, performance, music, and storytelling.

I am now 37, and my interest in watching films, making them, and painting remains as strong as ever. I hope you enjoy my work.
